To meet this demand,Randro R&O team conducted in-depth research and successfully increased the speed of the machine to an impressive 4-6 meters per minute. 

  First, we use servo motors instead of traditional motors. This innovation allows the roller press to accelerate and decelerate more efficiently after each step, significantly increasing overall production speed. Second, we swapped the chain from the gearbox in the drivetrain. This change not only increases power but also helps increase productivity.However, as the speed of the roller press increases, it becomes critical to ensure continuous power supply to the stepping mechanism and cutting device.

In order to solve this problem, we installed an accumulator on the hydraulic station and upgraded the hydraulic pump motor power to 7.5kw. This ensures adequate and uninterrupted power to both the stepper mechanism and the cutting device. In addition, for the roof forming machine, we have introduced a unique feature: an automatic stacker. This innovative design simplifies and simplifies the process of collecting roof forming machine products, making it more convenient and efficient.
