In April, Randro Machinery dispatched technical and sales teams to participate in the Canton Fair. In the Canton Fair, Philippine customers were very interested in our roll forming machines. On April 28, a group of two Philippine customers went to Randro Machinery factory to visit. Customers' visits are not only recognition of us, but also expectations for our future cooperation.

  After the customer arrived at Tianjin Airport, the sales team of Randro Machinery accompanied the customer from Tianjin Airport to the factory for a visit. Randro Machinery warmly welcomes these two Philippine customers to visit us. We held a grand welcome ceremony to let the customers feel our enthusiasm and respect. This visit from a Philippine customer is a rare learning and communication opportunity for Randro Machinery.

 The customers mainly visited the production site and finished product workshop of Randro Machinery. During the visit, the customer made detailed inquiries about the equipment booked by another Philippine customer during our company's participation in the Philippine Building Materials Exhibition in March, including a detailed understanding of the configuration, parameters, and performance of the IBR roof sheet making machine and CZ purlin machine. 

 Regarding the after-sales issues that customers are more concerned about, Randro Machinery said that our company has a permanent technical service team in the Philippines. We can arrive at the customer site in the shortest time for after-sales service.

 In the finished product workshop, the customer observed the heavy-duty racking production equipment that was about to be loaded and delivered by other customers, and expressed great recognition of the quality and performance of the equipment. Heavy-duty shelves are widely used. The heavy-duty shelves production line is the main product launched by our company in recent years. This production line can produce all components such as columns and side elevations of heavy-duty racks.

 Our professionalism and production equipment have been highly praised by our customers. At the same time, customers have also put forward valuable suggestions for our products, which we will seriously absorb and continuously improve product quality and service levels.
